Silang Cavite is another town in Cavite right before Tagaytay City. Every year, you will see a lot of condominiums and hotels rising in the area. And of the newest offering in Silang Cavite is Monteluce Residences.
This town proper has a lot to offer especially for day travelers, group of friends who wants to escape the humidity in Manila and family who wants to relax and unwind.
Monteluce Residential Condominium
Monteluce currently have 3 operational buildings, all have 9-storey residential condominium. A condotel with complete facilities like children’s playground, a kiddie pool, an adult pool, convenient store, and a restaurant.
I booked a Loft Room via ZENROOMS app and our room only cost 2,000 to 2,500 Pesos / 40 to 50 USD per night. The room is good for 2 to 4 pax.
Upon entering our Loft Room, I immediately noticed that our room is spacious and bringing 2 kids with me is not a problem.
The loft room has a fridge, kitchen sink, cooking facilities and cookware, dining area, and a small seating area where Nics and I had a few drinks at night, lol.
A regular size LED tv and good thing there is a WIFI. Our kids will never be bored because they can watch YOUTUBE and NETFLIX in their gadgets.
Bedroom 1 is located on the ground floor and has a single bed and a side table.
The second bedroom is located at the loft and has a double bed and the ensuite bathroom is also located on the 2nd floor.
During our stay in Monteluce was a bit raining but immediately when the rain stopped our kids went downstairs to go to the pool area. Good thing there is a kiddie pool and our kids really enjoyed their overnight stay here in Monteluce.
